The Accessibility Investment Strategy

Digital content is the most effective and efficient way to connect with visitors to your website. Alternate formats and delivery are a last resort when your main communication channel fails to meet customer needs.

In a changing world, asking for special support services becomes unmanageable. It’s up to the service provider to know customer expectations and market trends. Leadership needs to understand product development and the laws and standards that apply to digital content.
